At least VA isn’t as bad as TX.
August 27th brought us Hurricane Irene and 5.36 inches of rain.
September 7th brought us 3.67 inches of rain. Richmond received an inch the day before and the day after, as well.
7.10 inches in August
6.06 inches in September so far. It’s the 9th. . .
We got plenty of rain. You get what you ask for.
At least we aren’t Texas. . .
